Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate products such as panties, shapewear, and bodysuits may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. We recommend checking the product description carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund depending on the situation.

Return Process

To start a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Seductive Bliss may cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund may be issued instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within a short period after they are placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
